orders are processed the same day or next working day depending on time order are not sent out on weekends or bank holidays all order are sent out with royal mail or hermes home delivery net work all order with take 3 to 5 working days to arrive

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR BROKEN GOODS .
All items purchased from zip trading are covered by a full manufactures warranty which does not cover damages caused by crashing, abuse or general wear and tear etc. Please contact us before returning the goods as many problems may be solved without you incurring postage costs. If the goods need to be returned -
Goods must be clean and not covered in muck and oil.
Goods must be accompanied with a Completed Returns Form
NEW ITEMS RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND.
Please contact us before making a return as we may be able to offer advice or help that might avoid you having to return the goods (especially relating to parts not fitting etc)
For a full refund goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Goods must be in new condition, unused and intact in its original manufacturer packaging. If not a minimum restocking charge of 25% of the purchase price will be made or we may return it to you at your cost. Please note we do not cover the costs of postage for returns. Its is your responsibility to ensure the goods are returned to us.
Goods received after 14days will not be refunded unless the item has a manufacturing fault.
NEW ITEMS RETURNED BECAUSE WRONG ITEMS WERE DISPATCHED
Goods must be sent with in 7 days of receipt in new condition, unused and intact in its original manufacturer packaging.
We will refund return costs to your by card or send a cheque. We will only refund the cost of 1st Class Royal Mail or Standard Parcels for the larger items. You may send the goods back to us using a Priority or Guaranteed service but we will only refund the approximate cost of the standard service. Goods must be accompanied with a Completed Returns Form
