As part of our security checks to protect genuine cardholders, we may request authorization from your card provider for an amount not exceeding the value of your order. In the event that we reject your offer to purchase or we accept your request to cancel this order please note that it may take several days before your card provider cancels this authorization.
Money Back Guarantee for Unwanted Purchases
If the product has been purchased and within the first 14 days of its arrival you find that it is not exactly what you wanted you may return the product to us, assuming the following:
A. The product(s) has been unused.
B. The product(s) is in the original packaging.
C. The product(s) has not been tampered with.
D. The product(s) is fit for resale when we receive it back to our warehouse.
E. The postage costs for returns of unwanted products are your responsibility.
Guarantee
If you wish to return a product due to a fault, Please contact us first to obtain authorization before returning the product and we will advise you if the fault is covered by the warranty. If the product has been found to have a manufacturing fault we will immediately arrange for a repair/exchange or send a replacement component. If the product needs to be returned to we for inspection will email you a returns form which needs to be completed and returned with the product(s). Please note we do not cover the costs of postage for returns. Its is your responsibility to ensure the goods are returned to us.
